DigniFi / Product leadership
A long financing application was getting in people’s way. I helped turn it into a clearer path through preapproval and approval, reducing application drop-off by 10%. I also led a new credit product, a service-advisor app, and work across the company’s customer and partner experiences.
DigitalMed / Online learning
As Chief Knowledge Officer and COO, I led delivery of more than 700 hours of healthcare training. That work sits within a much wider collection of courses and simulations, from humanities and memory to management and professional skills.
Home&Abroad / Travel
I led production of a travel-planning product that generated personal itineraries, along with branded travel experiences for partners including Travel Channel, Marriott, UPromise, and Hawaiian Air.

I’ve spent three decades building products and leading teams across healthcare, finance, travel, and online learning. These days, I lead Audria, bringing that experience to a product designed around people living with dementia and their families.
I like asking good questions, finding the useful idea inside a complicated one, and working with people who care about what they make.
